Devon Brady LMHC, EMDR Certified, MS in Clinical Counseling at SUNY New Paltz

I am third-generation in the Hudson Valley and have been working in the counseling field since 2019.
I have been on my own life-long search for connection, change and growth. There has been much learned through my own trial and error, therapy, and personal journeys into nature and the wilderness. This road led me to find an ultimate sense of calling to help others look within themselves and find their own unique way to walk and be in the world.
I have fifteen years of experience working with various contemplative and wilderness-based practices including yoga, Aikido, meditation, vision-fast, and ceremony and bring the practices or the insights into the shared and collaborative space created by me and my clients.
My Approach
I practice the art of psychotherapy with a heart and soul centered approach which seeks to support others on their journey to wholeness and integration. I carry a deep sense of respect for a person/family’s challenge and own perspective and help them focus on these with curiosity, genuine sharing, re-connection, empowerment, with the ultimate goal of developing a sense of identity and choice.
